Ingredients
3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons oil
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup molasses
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2-3/4 cups rolled oats
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In large bowl, thoroughly combine oil, brown sugar, and molasses.
3 Add eggs, milk, and vanilla.
4 Blend well.
5 In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
6 Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients.
7 Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
8 Drop rounded teaspoons of dough onto greased baking sheets 2 to 3 inches apart.
9 Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
