    Macaroni with Capers and Hot Pepper

    Ingredients
    1/2 pound macaroni OR spaghetti, cooked
    2 to 3 packed Tablespoons finely chopped capers, drained if in brine, soaked if in salt
    2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    1 big pinch hot red pepper flakes, or more to taste

    Directions
    1 Toss cooked macaroni OR spaghetti with capers, oil and hot pepper flakes.
    2 Serve hot or cooled, but not cold.

    MAKES 2 servings
