    Low-Cal Cassoulette

    Ingredients
    1 pound navy beans
    4 cups water
    2 chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
    8 ounces cooked ham, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1-1/2 cups sliced carrots
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    8 ounces can tomato sauce
    2 Tablespoons molasses

    Directions
    1 Rinse dry navy beans.
    2 In slow cooker, soak beans overnight in water.
    3 Cover; cook on high setting 3 hours.
    4 Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    5 Cover; cook on high setting 3 to 4 hours OR until beans are tender.

    CALORIES: 300 per serving
    FAT: 3 grams

    MAKES 10 servings
