    Corn Stuffed Tomatoes

    Ingredients
    10-ounce package frozen corn in butter sauce
    3 medium tomatoes
    pepper
    1 cup shredded American cheese
    2 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs
    2 Tablespoons diced green pepper
    1 green onion, thinly sliced

    Directions
    1 Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2 Cook corn pouch according to package directions.
    3 Slice tomatoes in half, width-wise.
    4 Spoon out seeds and discard.
    5 Sprinkle cut surface of tomatoes with pepper.
    6 In small bowl, combine cooked corn and remaining ingredients.
    7 Fill stuffed tomato halves in 10x6-inch baking dish.
    8 Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until center is hot.

    MAKES 6 servings.
