    Corn Pudding

    Ingredients
    8-1/2-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    1 Tablespoon flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tablespoon butter OR margarine, melted
    1/2 cup milk

    Directions
    1 Grease mini loaf pan.
    2 Combine corn, sugar, flour, salt, and pepper.
    3 Stir in remaining ingredients.
    4 Pour into pan.
    5 Bake in 325-degree oven 50 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    MAKES 2 servings
