Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 chocolate flavored pie crust
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 sliced banana
2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
Whipped topping
Additional banana for garnish
Directions
1 In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa.
2 Whisk in cold milk.
3 Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to boil.
4 Boil and stir 3 minutes.
5 Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
6 Remove to bowl, cover surface with plastic wrap.
7 Refrigerate until cool, about 1 hour.
8 Slice banana into crust.
9 Spoon cooled chocolate mixture over bananas.
10 Cover with plastic wrap, touching filling surface.
11 Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
12 Garnish with whipped topping and banana slices, if desired.
