    Cherry Cheese Pie

    Ingredients
    9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    21-ounce can cherry pie filling, chilled

    Directions

    1 In larger mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    2 Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    3 Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
    4 Pour into prepared crust.
    5 Chill 3 hours or until set.
    6 Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.

    MAKES one 9-inch pie
