    Calorie Counter Oven Fried Chicken

    Ingredients
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    18 saltine cracker squares, crushed
    2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 Tablespoon oil

    Directions
    1 Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, pepper, basil, celery seed, onion powder, oregano, and paprika in a bowl.
    2 Dip chicken in milk, then coat with crumb mixture.
    3 Place on a lightly greased shallow roasting pan.
    4 Bake in 400-degree oven 30 minutes.
    5 Brush with oil; bake 10 minutes longer.

    MAKES6 servings.
