    Beef and Noodle Soup

    Ingredients
    8 cups water
    1 Tablespoon beef bouillon granules
    2 teaspoons seasoning blend
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 ounce egg noodles
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

    Directions
    1 Bring water, bouillon and seasonings to boil in Dutch oven or stock pot.
    2 Stir in noodles and vegetables.
    3 Return to boil.
    4 Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender.
    5 Meanwhile, spray skillet with non-stick spray.
    6 Cook beef in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, just until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
    7 Add to noodle mixture and heat through.

    MAKES 6 servings
