Ingredients
3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, about 3/4-inch thick
1 Tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 medium onion, cut onto wedges
10-3/4 ounce can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
hot cooked noodles
Directions
1 Slice beef across grain into thin strips.
2 In 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
3 Add broccoli and onion.
4 Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
5 Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.
6 Heat to boiling.
7 Reduce heat to low.
8 Cover; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
9 Serve over noodles.
