My sister (who does not have MS) recently gave me a bag of something called MILA. It is a form of natural whole raw chia seed and claims to have lots of Omega 3s and fiber. You can add it to cereal, smoothies, etc. I would be interested in learning what Tara (or anyone else out there) knows about it. I currently take vit C, vit D, milk thistle, and lysine (along with Betaseron). Thank you!
