Glucosamine Chondroitin Question

Is it worth taking glucosamine chondroitin for osteoarthritis? What about the products with joint shield?

Our orthopaedic surgeon suggested it for my husband...said his patients have good luck with it.

Brand doesn't mean anything, just want the strength desired. I have found the triple strength to be best, less pills to take. It does help my joints, less discomfort. I get it at Sam's.

You must give it a fair trial before giving up - at least 4 weeks is recommended as far as seeing results.

My husband uses Puritans Pride Double strength Joint Soother GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN MSM. He is having less pain with it. If he would only stop irritating it daily!!lol!
