What's the context of your question. Things aren't always exactly healthy or not healthy. Almond milk is healthier than cow breast milk in that many believe the proteins in the milk are unhealthy. Milk also has saturated fat, which some also believe is very bad for people with MS. But there are also healthy aspects to milk.
Almond milk is healthy in that it does not have any of the issues milk does. There is no saturated fat, the fat that is in it is healthy, it has healthy vitamins and compounds in it.
Chocolate almond milk is sweetened, so may be a treat in a proper diet. How much are you drinking? If you drink a lot, it's like drinking a soda in terms of the sugar.
The problem with healthy or unhealthy, is that people have the misconception that they are improving their health by consuming more of the healthy and less of the unhealthy, but unless you're in an actual diet, there's no way of knowing if those small changes have any benefit on your health. If you're consuming almondmilk as part of a new plant based diet and want to drink some chocolate almondmilk because you miss your old dairy chocolate milk, then it's fine. Adding chocolate almondmilk to your diet without any other changes has no effect, even though it's obviously better than chocolate milk.
