Anyone here follow Terry Wahls' "diet"/lifestyle? Thoughts?

I was doing some internet investigating of Dr Wahls last year, but I lost track. I am getting her newsletter by email, regularly. Her book, Minding your (my)? Mitochondria, is on my 'to buy' list. She is also conducting a, diet based, clinical trial with the FDA. I saw it referenced on 'Clinical trials.org'.

I'm suspicious and wonder how much of it was the muscle stimulation. To me, diet is best for slowing the disease, not what appears to be a miracle.

That said, it's healthy and there's no downside except the price of her book, and you can check it out of the library if you want to. I would read her book and try it if you have the slightest interest. I'm sure anyone will feel better.
