Taking pro-biotics while you have a flu that settles in your GI tract is not a good idea.

This the first time I've heard that, Bob. Where did you get the information?

I just did a quick search, and the sources I found said probiotics were beneficial for stomach flu (gastroenteritis), to counteract the overgrowth of bad bacteria.
