I hope someone could clarify me if taking Nitric Oxide in suplement form is harmful to us with MS. I have searched up and down the internet and it's not clear to me. On one side I see discussions how it can do damage opening the blood vessels and on the other side I see people with MS taking CIALIS (it has NO).
I no longer take this kind of suplements (Vitamin Shops misses me so much) but since this one was so helpful for energy and for strenght I really want to know if I can take it.
On the other side I want to take raw liver tablets, best quality in the market, but since I read that Iron hurts us I am affraid to take it.
Could somebody help?
