Goalposters weekly exercise check in, 05-02-2024

Not sure. I've missed some Silver Sneakers, due to high winds. I worry that I could get blown over if I walk outside. I've also been unmotivated to do my PT exercises at home.

    Hi everyone!

The week will finish tomorrow and like the last 2, has been pretty successful. No high winds, like the plains states, thankfully.

Nothing new added to routines other than decreasing weight or resistance when exercising my 'poor' arm. This allows for increased ROM. Not much of an increase but I take what I get.

I'm going to try to do more with the arm. I became aware recently that I can no longer reach up and touch my chin. A wake up call if there ever was one.

Happy that I'm still doing squats (30) at a bar, with minimal need to grab hold and balance.

    Let's keep at it.
