You certainly are good at "keeping it going"! Great job!

I made my goal as well. Spent many days out in the garden mostly cleaning up beds to get ready for winter. Flower beds as well.

I did plant 100 garlic bulbs for next summer's harvest, but gardening is coming to a close and in a way, I'm relieved! It's been so much work for this old body...

Managed to also babysit one time and do more vacuuming.

Hope you all had a good week!

        Hi everyone

Boudreaux ~ Fantastique week for you, with exercises and steps!

Seasha ~ Terrific week for you, with hard work in the garden!

~ Thankful to report that I was able to accomplish my exercise goals too, and enjoyed a pleasant week.

I felt extra energy, and did exercises on my off days. Bonus points, yay!

I relish the times when life goes smooth, knowing full well that life will always present both ups and downs.

A highlight of my week is that my younger sister brought salmon patties on one day (they were scrumptious!), and then homemade chili on another day, (which really hit the spot)! I'm full of gratitude for the kindness that is shown by others.

Getting back to the subject of exercise - I will stay with the same goals for next week.

Daily: Up on feet and light activity (walk/stand) 6X a day @ 30 min each + Stretches throughout the day + Breathing exercises

4X Per Week: In-chair ab crunches (20 each time) + Arm, Leg, Core, and Back Exercises

Be strong and of good courage, be not afraid nor dismayed...

Hi everyone, sorry I'm late to post.

Last week went well, exercise wise. I made a concerted effort to do what was required. The week was a kind of review, probably because it was the last with trainer. Goals accomplished.
              .
It's been up to me this week. We will see.

Oh, one plus, sold the 4WD pickup and got a AWD automatic SUV.

Everyone sounded like they had good weeks also. Keep at it!

You did really well the last time you went 'solo' with your exercises. I'm sure that you will do your best!

Oh that's wonderful, Jer! I remember switching from manual to automatic, and I felt much more confident and safer with driving.

Great news on goal accomplished, Jer, and a new automatic SUV! I, too, felt much more safe when I switched.

Good luck with this new week's goal sans trainer. I know you can do it!

Rav4. I like it. It senses when you need all wheel drive and goes into it!

And no 5-speed stick. In a word lagniappe!
