    Good evening

    Hello,

I wanted to see if you agreed with me about something.
For those of us who suffer from spasticity. Has anyone noticed that they feel less spastic when they eat more fresh vegetables.
I have noticed that if I eat mainly vegetables in salads and such that I feel less spastic. Does anyone else feel like this.

Hi Luke- I eat a diet high in organic veggies, but haven't found it helps with my spasticity, but good for you for finding something that works! Vegetables rank high on the list of foods that we need.

Interesting question. I don't experience spasticity at all. My diet is gluten free and dairy free, so it consists mostly of meat, fruit and vegetables.

If I couldn't eat vegetables, I'd hardly eat anything at all.
