I can't get logged in either!
I'll ask Tech Support what we have to do to log in to chat.PPMS for 26 years (dx 1998)

At the top of page, on the black bar, on the right side, you'll see 'chat'.
Did you click on 'chat', and then enter your password?
If you're not getting in, is there a message 'invalid username or password'?
Let us know.
I'm getting that message when I try to log in.
