SS disability fund to run dry 2016?

I just read that the disability portion of the social security trust fund will run dry in 2016. By, law, they cannot run a deficit, meaning they cannot pay out more than they are taking in. It is estimated that if nothing changes current social security disability recipients will only receive 79% of there current benefits beginning 2016.

You know it doesn't really matter the government will just print more money to cover it and raise the debt ceiling.
