In this MS Learn on Line video (from the National MS Society) about managing spasticity, the rehab doctor says to do stretches 2 to 3 times a day.

She also says that stationary bike riding is great for spasticity due to the shortening and lengthening of the leg muscles.

Very good info about managing spasticity.

    Stretching

My neuro told me to stretch my leg muscles as they are a little stiff, he saw me walking so it obviously impacts my gait a little.

how much stretching is recommended? Twice or more times per day?

    Thx
