    Cog meds

I take Nuvigil. I have halved the dose and take after breakfast. I was advised by pharmacist to drink lots of water which seems to take away the headaches. Help it helps.

      Cognitive issues

Hello All. Cognitive problems are my primary concern. Though transient, they have been quite a cause for concern. Forgetfulness: I've lost entire days, forgotten how to turn on a water faucet, poor concentration, repeating questions etc.
So far, Adderral (D-Amphetamine Salt Combo 10mg tablets) has been very helpful. It has been one year since MS diagnosis (initial dx was Transverse Myelitis) and most symptoms have stabilized. I miss my mind.

        I hear ya~miss mine too.

But when I do a gentle anti inflammatory detox, I do notice improvement. AND I do brain exercises to keep what I have.

Hope you get better function back soon

        Hugs, Jan

          i take Nuvigil for fatigue/fog

It gets me thru my work day awake & alert & unfortunately I do get headaches from it. I take Tylenol with it & as I read in a previous post I will try drinking more water .
I'm on 150mg of Nuvigil & don't have issues with sleep , but 20mg of Baclofen for muscle spasms I take at bedtime , helps with sleep.
I hated adding these Meds , but I tried the ALA / ALC supplement which didn't touch my fatigue/fog.
          I have a physically/ mentally demanding job , & I have to keep up - or else , basically.
