Thanks Kim, but the first link you are referring to works just fine! It is a pdf file.

This time, it works for me. But, the one in your sticky still won't for me. The part we can see looks the exact same. So wierd.

Depending on what you are using to click on the link,it may download the pdf file as opposed to opening It directly.
