    HELP PLEASE! ...........MS presumptive bill

    I had, at one time, a link and copy of the bill a congress person got passed. This emanated the 7 yr limit

    I think it was a congresswoman, who had a relative with MS.

    38 CFR 3.307 - Presumptive service connection for chronic, tropical or prisoner-of-war related disease, or disease associated with exposure to certain herbicide agents; wartime and service on or after January 1, 1947.

      There is a NEWER law, specific to MS, passed by congress. it eliminates the years after active duty limit.
