Leaving Ty, but to what? Need help
I have been on Tysabri for the last 3+ years (after 9 on Copaxone). My latest labs disclosed that I'm JCV+ and I've decided (sadly!) to leave Tysabri treatment and, after the washout, move to either Gilenya or Tecfidera (assuming I'm able, after pre-screen). Now I need help. Which of these would you consider the better course? I've noticed that most on this Board talk of moving to Tecfidera when they decided to switch. Why Tec and not Gil? Potential side effects of both Tec and of Gil are troubling, but what pushes either ahead of the other when deciding which to choose?
