Happy Day!

Neuro called with my lab results. I started Gilenya on December 14th, just had my labs done and they are, to quote the neuro "Just what he thought they would be and to continue the Gilenya!" YAY!

I am sure this means my white cells are down but that is what this med does so....there you have it. Now I just need to pass the last eye exam for macular edema and all should be OK for me.

Praying this med helps to keep me relapse free for awhile. I am so done with IV steroids and hospital stays.

Congrats! I'm sure that if your neuro thought your white or lymphocyte counts were down too low they'd let you know. I'm sure your macular edema check will come back fine too. But I'll keep my fingers crossed all the same.
