Thanks so much for posting the suggestion to press down (for approx. 30 seconds) on where the needle went immediately after taking it out! I would sometimes get giant, itchy bumps that went across my thighs (side to side) after doing injections there.
I started pressing down on the site for about 30 seconds and it still itches a little, but no giant bump that last until the next week! The bumps are much smaller now or not there at all the next day. Yay!!
