I was on Copaxone for 5 and half months and gradually(3 weeks) broke out in full body hives. I had a punch biopsy and it came back inconclusive with possibility for eczema or contact dermatitis or drug sensitivity. I decided to stop the Copaxone and after a month it went away. Is this common with C? I have been on no DMD for 7 months now trying to decided what to do since Betaseron (5 years taking it and thyroid started to elevate) was not good for me previously and I've always been opposed to Avonex. My MS is stable but I feel nervous being without a plan of action. I had CCSVI done 2 years ago with great result but is this the end all? Will diet and exercise be enough? Should I try C again?
