Mail Order Meds Can't Count!
I am so angry at my mail order Rx Company (I'll omit the name). I was getting dressed after surgery (unrelated) and got a message from the pharmacy that they went to fill my Rx and they are out of my Ampyra so they would call back later to try to reschedule the delivery. WHY!!! Shouldn't these (and it goes for all of them) mail order companies know that a week ago when I ordered the delivery, that they needed to have 150 on their shelf, because 158 are going out? Or wait, maybe that is the problem... lol... Now I have to get my Copaxone one day, and wait to sign for it.... and the Ampyra the next. Does that not cause the insurance company extra charges for the delivery? I know I am going to be here do to recovery, but walking is not my strong suit (MS and surgery), but what a waste of time, is there a governing agency?
