Since you mentioned PLMD, have you had a recent sleep study? How is that being treated? My best advice is to get any sleep disorder under control so you can see what symptoms remain that are not explained by any of your diagnosis.
This is especially important since your MRIs and EMGs were all normal. While always the possibility for MS, bilateral presentation is not common in early presentation of MS. If there are any other possible causes, you want to eliminate them. I didn't realize the difference truly restful sleep can make to the body and mind.
