My MRI that was ordered to rule out Chiairi Malformation shows a small developmental venous anomaly within the left inferior frontal lobe and a 3 mm capillary telangiectasia within the central pons. Do either of these sound like they could be MS lesions? My nuerlogist says no their incidental findings.

I had to look up those two terms as I'd never heard of them. There was no evidence of being a cause/symptom/indication of MS, so I have to agree with Snoopy. I know you are looking for answers, but best to listen to your neuro.1st sx '89 Dx '99 w/RRMS - SP since 2010

Oh well I have an appointment scheduled with another neurologist that is an MS Specialist for August 15, I'm sure he won't ignore my concerns and if he says it's not MS I'm sure he will help my figure out what it is. I have looked at the long list of MS mimics and it could be a few of those, but none of those explain all of my symptoms the way MS does.
I think the reason my current Nuero doesn't order tests is he's a military Dr and he's probably trained to be frugal, and has little knowledge of MS, he's also used to treating our men and women coming home from combat and not used to things like this (my husband is retired military). The new neuro is a civilian.
