Hi! I wrote about my situation in the thread "Can I rule out MS?" and I got great response
But now I wonder if someone can help me with another question. I'll meet a new neurologist in 4 weeks. I wonder if you know if there is a respected and knowledgeable neurologist somewhere in the world, maybe the US I guess, that knows about the difficulties with diagnosing MS in some cases. Someone who can explain why 3 tesla is better, why lesions not always are easy to find on mri, why LP may be needed etc.
I just need as much knowledge as possible before I see the neurologist, so I just not get kicked out again without any help when he find out that my earlier MRI:s (1,5t) were fine. I have already sent him my history to read, so I don't forget anything.
Is there maybe any publications or maybe a neurologist who is interested and can speak/write to and give his knowledge to neurologists here?
