Had my neuro appt after my diagnosis of CIS last Aug due to demyleniation on my brain, all went very well, my lumbar punch came back clear and i have no ongoing issues really so i am at low risk of this developing quickly or even developing at all 
i have been given access to a MS nurse in the area so if i need support i know its there, this to me was so positive, i have to have my spine scanned some time soon but if that is clear i really feel i can put all this to one side for the time being, hoping people in the limbo section on here the same results and good luck to you all
