Well after my second broken hip from falling again I have an appt at Mayo Neuro Dept Jan 7th. I'm excited, hopeful for answers. 2 days before Thanksgiving I fell broke the opposite hip and left arm in 2 places. Permanently in w/c now. No more falls.

Wow baydenoc: have you been on steroids recently? Have you had a bone density study done? Sounds like your bones are pretty weak. I am sorry you had so many breaks in such a short time! I am hoping they will test you for osteopenia and osteoporosis. Please let us know what they have to say as we are all at risk for both after taking steroids a few times.

I have only been treated with Baclofen. I am praying I will
Get answers at Mayo in one week. I will definitely keep you updated.
