I feel nauseous when I wake most mornings and also feel nauseous about 30 minutes after I eat if I eat.


It feels like I’m not digesting my food (Food sits in stomach for a long time).

I'm sorry to learn that you're dealing with nauseousness and digestion discomfort.

That has to be miserable!

A friend of mine with long-term MS hasn't been diagnosed yet but believes she has gastroparesis. She's found a bit of comfort by eating very small cold meals and eating slowly. She says that hot foods just make it so much worse.
