CHANGES AT MSWORLD - MSWORLD'S CLOSURE

We began with a mission and purpose to help others living with MS.

We were excited to get going!

And hit a few bumps along the way…

However, in all seriousness, we remain grateful for our amazing volunteers, members & all who have made MSWorld a valuable resource for all!

July 10, 2024, we celebrated the goodness of these past 28 years. With a heavy heart, we will be ending our services.

We need a financial miracle to keep going forward.

We thank all for your support.

MSWorld's website will close on October 16, 2024.

“I personally want to wish all of you the guidance to find this type of support, as so many do here. Also, my prayers and love extends beyond my understanding. It has been a pleasure to steward this journey.”

God Bless you, Kathleen

I also want to thank you! As an American living in Italy I did not have anyone to talk to about my MS. It was such a blessing to have this site to go to to vent, ask questions and hopefully offer some support to others. Thank you again!!!

Thank you so much loopey! It's great to know MSWorld was there for you and our worldwide support really did reach where it was needed.

Sad to hear, even though not the most active member will miss this place

I woke up early morning hours of 10/1 with a pit in my stomach thinking that was the deadline and MSW was gone. Needless to say I'm just happy to see the familiar site still up and running a bit longer. It is really going to be a huge loss. Again much appreciate all the years of support and camaraderie. Wish everyone well. J
He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

            Appreciate the heartfelt comment Jules!

I have kept posting but activity is all but over. Marco of course has dropped in and a few others...

I'll post my PT activities at the end of the week regardless. Best of luck to everyone!

                Something I thought of ...

Imagine if all existing digital threads were placed in the hands of a very good editor.

Imagine some threads as chapters? Or some other approach. Maybe sections of humor, drama certainly, how to, history, etc?

Use the 'handles' we have or eliminate all but the post itself... one after another or with comments?

I imagine the moderators or those in power have considered something since the wealth of the archives alone has great value.

If published maybe some proceeds could go to a worthy cause?! Consider this my digital approval to use any 502E79 threads or postings.

Seasha thanks for the address. I gave my email to Marco... if you want tp reach out... still hesitant to join FB!

                Any thoughts anyone?
