We each try to post weekly. But, if you wish to become an occasional participant who doesn't show up every week, we still welcome you. We start our new weekly post each Thursday.
You set your own goals. You can keep the same goals week-to-week, or modify them. Our exercise goals vary a lot from one person to the next, depending on abilities, schedules, personalities, etc. Some weeks, one of us might take a break. Various exercise goals that we set include sit-ups, cardio, floor exercises, Jiu Jitsui, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers, measuring steps, Strong Seniors class (strength training), babysitting, housecleaning. Some of our exercises are at a gym or a senior center. Some are at home, etc.
You decide if you accomplished your goals. We're a pretty flexible group; these are sort of guidelines. We don't really have rules; we're not here to judge each other. We're mostly here to support each other.
Check us out!
