    Update

I havenít been on here in awhile and just wanted to give a bit of an update...

Itís been a rough road, but now I feel better than I have in years. My low back pain that Iíve complained quite a bit about on here is gone. I have more energy than Iíve had in awhile. Even my migraines have lessened.

Many donít know this, but Iíve always been severely obese which I know wasnít helping my ms and something had to be done. So on January 23rd of this year I had bariatric surgery and have lost 101 pounds so far. Changed my diet completely and exercise everyday. Still have a ways to go, but am already feeling so much better. I also havenít had a flare since back in 2012 when I was diagnosed.

Iíll say for awhile there I regretted the decision I had made as I got very sick for a couple months....couldnít keep anything down and ended up in the ER in severe pain and dehydrated. Thankfully, that has passed and Iím doing and feeling 100% better.

Anyway, just wanted to say Iím still alive and doing well. I hope everyone is doing ok. Think about everyone here quite often.
