Last year at this time I was taking care of a very sick and dying husband. This year I am trying to take care of myself. Either way, it's been hard. But I prefer the quieter days and don't need to celebrate anymore.

That being said, I truly wish all the moms here a very happy Mother's Day! And better days ahead!

Yes; as the evening winds down, I hope all the mothers had a Happy Mother's day.

I also want to mention those fir whom Mother's Day is difficult for various reasons. I thought of you today.
