    Flossing

I'm looking into water flossers since my hands don't work very well to manually floss. What type would anyone recommend? Thanks.

I have been using Water Pic's water flossed. It was the easiest to grab and hold onto.

I use those little plastic slingshot flossers and a WaterPik water flosser. In the plastic flossers, Glide brand uses a tape floss which is much easier to get in and out between teeth.

I just got the WaterPik water flosser. It is easy to hold and manipulate. The water starts coming out when you turn it on. It has a button on the handle to pause the water. You have to be able to hold that down while you are putting it in and out of your mouth. I’ve squirted the mirror and my husband a few times.

I have a crown that gets food trapped and periodically bleeds. The water flosser gets stuff out that flossing misses.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try the Waterpik and look for the glide flossers. The regular ones catch on my crowns.
