I noticed that when you click on the Disease Funds and Medications page, there are several diseases that are listed as Currently Closed, including MS.

When you click on the specific disease, it states:

Currently Closed – We are no longer accepting or processing applications for new or renewal patients.

The PAN Foundation’s Multiple Sclerosis fund is currently closed. As of March 5, 2018, , Healthwell is accepting applications.

Sorry. It was open at 9AM. Usually they stay open longer then a few hours but they do have to be checked daily. It is best if you register with all of them that way you get a personal e mail notification when they open for your disease. It looks like Ko Ko gave you some good news.
