It sure what is happening need advice

Not sure where to startle how to explain. I will do my best.
5 years ago I had similar symptoms pain in back. Dizzy spells balance problems (balance ever got better) I was weak and fatigued. It went on for months close to a year. I saw neurologist they found an aneurysm in my brain, I had a stint put in for that. I got bet . Other than balance and occasional dizziness. I also was easily fatigued. I'm 43 so ok I can handle that.
well for two months now I've been in severe pain again.
neck, upper back, dizzy balance I have difficulty walking.
im weak.
They told me the things they did find on my MRI were not things that should cause that much pain or cause me to be unable to walk
narrowing of spine, 3 bulging discs in neck
but nothing bad enough to cause this sever of pain
my last check up from neurologist they said all looked good.
i had one spot on my Brian that had some scar tissue but they didn't know what from.
does any of this sound like me? Or like I should question dr about it.
i have no answers and I'm suffering. I am looking for someone who may be going through something similar.

I wouldn't let the doctors rest until they did more testing. Having an aneurysm is no small thing. I hate it when they blow you off. I've been in the same position you're in, including the long stretches of dizziness etc. And I need to be more assertive with my neuro right now too.

You might consider seeing an orthopedist or Neurosurgeon to evaluate your bulging discs as a possible cause for symptoms.

If your Neurologist hasn't mentioned MS you can certainly as him about it.

It is really difficult to say if it sounds like MS or not. There isn't any symptoms that is exclusive to MS, many other conditions, some medications, vitamin/mineral deficiencies and mental health disorders can all cause similar symptoms as seen in MS.

thank you for your reply,
i have been to a orthodontist, he is the one who found the the bulging discs and narrowing of my spine.
but he said there was nothing he could do for me.
he said it should not be causing this much pain and weakness
i have had balance issues for years and dizziness
for the last five years I've always told people if I was to take a field sobriety test I would fail and I don't even drink lol
i am dizzy everytime I stand up
pain and walking are only may main concern right now. I do know there is a huge chance it's something else, but I have no answers so I'm reaching for answers anywhere I can get them.
last time I went through this I ended up with an aneurysm. I think I can handle it if they tell me it's something else but if I can get them to try and run tests
or look maybe they will find the right thing
or someone out there will have went through what I'm going through through and be able to give me advice
