    Could I be progressing?

I have started have terrible trouble walking due to horrible spasticity. I have taken every med know to mankind for the spasticity and nothing works. I seem to waddle more than walk. I don't use my cane though, I guess I'm stubborn but I also don't feel like I need it but it is constantly by my side. I get around ok albeit slowly. As with anything with disease some days are good and some bad but I seem to remain constant. I know to determine if you are progressing your Neuro uses your level of disability. I can say I am worse now than I have ever been especially when it comes to walking.
As anyone moved from RRMS to SPMS if so what happened to cause it? Also, how did your Neuro determine that you were SPMS? Thanks for any replies!!

BTW I have a Neuro appt on 7/7 but if this continues I can get in sooner.
Dx'd 4/1/11. First symptoms in 2001. Avonex 4/11, Copaxone 5/12, Tecfidera 4/13 Gilenya 4/14-10/14 Currently on no DMT's, Started Aubagio 9/21/15. Back on Avonex 10/15

My MS Specialist basically asked, "How do you think you're doing?" to which I replied, "Well, I think I've moved into the SP class."
    She did not disagree.

Maybe you can all "compare notes" together.
