Whatever happened to Neurovax?

Severai years ago I saw a very promising video about Neurovax.It was in its early stages of testing.I haven't heard anything since.

Neurovax is still years away. The phase IIb trial isn't expected to start until the second quarter of 2015.

All drugs are "very promising" in their early stages. 90% of them never make it out of development and into the marketplace.

I know testing takes years but it's good to know that it's still alive.
