New Syndrome

Hi everyone! Someone posted awhile back about a new or rare neurology syndrome. I wish I had kept it. I am doing some research right now and the symptoms described seem now very much what I am looking for. I know this is pretty vague but hopefully the person who posted it will see this and respond. I would be very grateful. It was posted not that long ago but I cannot seem to find it, Cog Fog.
