Injection site infection

I developed an infection from an injection on my butt cheek. Got put on antibiotics for a 10 day course. It hurts to the touch. Anyone else ever have one? Did you stop taking meds? Am on betaseron and have to switch extavia because of insurance. Been on beta for 7 years

I had one from Rebif one time, but it was just due to my low white blood cell count. At the time they didn't switch me. Later on they did for all blood testing being low, but at the time that wasn't the case so I stayed on it. No problems at the time.

Good luck with your switch. Should be no problem.
