Hi all,
I'm in limbo and I'll be seeing a neuropthomolagist next month to check for ON (blurry vision in October, with continuing colour contrast issues).
My brain MRI has been stable ( a few lesions)
Ms neuro is watching me.
So Here I am this week, I've have unexplained bleeding that doc thinks may be mid cycle ovulation (I highly doubt it)
Also this week
Been having blood in bowels for 3 days, now having black areas in stool. Good thing is, at least my blood count is better now then a few days ago when this started.
Going for a CT and colonoscopy ASAP, docs think it may be Crohn's.
The last few nights I've been woken up with sharp electrical shots in back, this morning in big toe (3 zaps).
Also having pain in upper leg that radiates, on top of joint pain.
I have TN so its similar in intensity.
The weird thing is, my muscle spasms, and electrical shocks have gotten worse this week.
So far, have a clear spin MRI...Brain MRI is showing poss demyelination but Neuro saying no new MRI's needed unless I have a new symptom. Guess I'll see what Neuropthomolagist will test on Feb6.
Negative EMG and Nerve Conduction Study done due to muscle weakness
Was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia Jan 2013
Low Vit D despite supplementing for a year.
Tested HIGH positive for ANA.
Do any of you have either Crohn's or IBD?
And can all this be related?
Any help will be much appreciated!
