Don't you hate it when you suddenly realize that you're feeling good and then not. I stayed out in the heat yesterday and didn't feel bad at all. I woke up today unable to do much.

Is my staying out in the heat yesterday and how I feel today a coincidence do you think?

The heat is worse today, but I slept and woke up n an air conditioned house. What do you think?

Oh Be careful! Heat is a BIG enemy to our MonSter!!
I was in the hospital w/ a flair,there was an elderly lady in the next bed who could not get warm enough,her family get turning up the heat. My neuro walked in & said "Why is it so hot in here?"I pointed to the next bed,all he said was "Your out of here" Less than 10min. later I was in a new room & COOL!.
