Has anyone had symptoms that lasted 7 months or more go away or get better (other than the good days and bad days that go with it)?

Sure, even years later. Some leave and come back. It's pretty random and for me, has nothing whatsoever to do with heat. If you can exercise, do it. It helps me greatly. So does Yoga.
The thing is, that every once in a while, any symptom will return and then I think I may have had a relapse and then it goes in a month and I will never know.
